YINBH MINYAN PROTOCOLS AGREEMENT FORM
PLEASE REVIEW OUR UPDATED SERVICE PROTOCOLS


1. Only those who have registered are able to attend services. Contact the office if you need help in registering for a service. If you have not registered, you will be turned away.

2. Preference goes to those saying kaddish and for a yahrtzeit.

3. We are only allowing members at this time. No unregistered guests will be allowed entry to any YINBH minyan.

4. Face covering (preferably a surgical mask) must be worn at all times.

5. Temperature with non-contact thermometer must be taken at arrival before entering.

6. The guard/person who is taking temperature will also have a copy of the list for that service and will know names of all attendees.

7. When applicable, attendees must bring their own tallis, siddur, and chumashim each time.

8. Those who attend must keep the proper social distance of 6 feet at all times.

9. The chairs are precisely spaced out. Do not remove the chairs from their location. Attendees must stay in their seats and in marked areas.

10. The ba’al koreh will be the only one touching the torah and leining. Those who have aliyas will stay in their seats for the bracha. No kissing the torah or touching by anyone else. All ornaments are removed from the Torah that is going to be used.

11. No roaming around or socializing after services. When davening is over please leave immediately. Absolutely no congregating or socializing.

12. If you or anyone in your household has experienced any of the following symptoms in the past 5 days, please do not attend.

13. Cough - Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing (not allergies or COPD)Chills - Repeated shaking with chills
a. Muscle pain
b. Headache
c. Sore throat
d. Loss of taste or smell
e. Diarrhea and fever
f. Feeling feverish or a measured temperature greater than or equal to 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit or 37.8 degrees Celsius

14. You have not traveled outside of the United States without a negative Covid-19 test in the last 2 weeks.

15. You have not been in close contact with anyone who is lab confirmed to have Covid-19 in the last two weeks

16. Those over 65, or those with chronic medical conditions - including obesity, as well as lung disease, diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, severe kidney or liver disease, neurological disorders, and the immuno-compromised - who are at high risk of severe COVID-19, are highly discouraged from attending
